Boxette, an international logistics business group of Georgian origin with offices in Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, the United States, China and Turkey, is expanding its network of parcel pickup and drop-off points in Georgia. The company aims to refine its existing products to make them “even more convenient and user-friendly” for customers, according to Mikheil Murtskhvaladze, the founder of the company.
“We are focused on expanding our Pickup and Drop-Off point network across Georgia, making our service even more convenient, fully digitized, user-friendly, and the fastest on the market. Our goal is to become one of the leading postal and parcel delivery companies in the country, with a strong presence in other countries across the wider region,” he said
Looking towards the future, Mikheil highlighted Boxette Georgia’s long-term vision: to become the largest postal operator in the country. “Our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of services to our customers, both domestically and internationally. We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we believe that our growth will directly benefit the communities we serve.”
In the meantime, the company has recently been awarded with the prestigious Golden Brand award for being the number one parcel brand in the country.
Q. In the category of “Parcels – number one brand”, Boxette Georgia was awarded the Golden Brand. What do you think contributed to this victory, and what are the key characteristics of the company that established it as the number one brand?

A. The company has been active in the Georgian market since 2020, initially focusing on enabling customers to send parcels from Georgia to destinations worldwide. Our core customer base included entrepreneurs selling on international platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
By the end of 2023, we expanded our operations to include parcel shipments from the United States to Georgia, launching a fast and reliable service that quickly gained a strong customer following.

To mitigate these risks, we collaborate with several leading companies. This allows us to quickly switch our processes to another provider if issues occur, ensuring that these shortcomings do not negatively affect our service or customers.
